Need Help...

I have the No_limit_Winmugen_patch and downloaded the "MvDvSvC M.U.G.E.N Screenpack' by Duracelleur and i am having a problem with the size of the game. I set the DXMode to Hardware and the Video Linux size to 640x480 and its still the full screen and i don't want that. Can someone help me with this problem i am having? I am no good at certain things mugen wise but i hope someone can help me with this problem i am having and thank anyone that can help me.

there are two sets of settings, one for windows and one foe Linux, the Harward mode is not working because it seems like you're chaning it in the Linux section when you should we changing it in the Windows section.
