Here is the avatar competition held at Deviant Generation each week. So what is this. The Avatar comp is a simple comp between artist to learn and grow from one another. it is a friendly comp where we same tips and hints to help one another grow. The comps challenge artist by restricting them all to the same image or in so cases theme to see what each one can do when given starting base as everyone else.

The winners of last week were Twon and Swiziga and here are there image/ theme selection.

Sorry I did that by accident its 34 at out site but 1 here i would change it but thats been revoked. This just an extension of the comp at our site. Come there if you want to c the past comps.

Nice job Sic, yea we have had this competition at our site for a long time. As you can see its been around for a long time. Its something to keep us fresh. So I would love for everyone to enter over here and we will announce the winners for our version and this version in this thread.

@Twon, if it comes out pretty well, by way of enough people entering then yes. It will be a weekly thing just like at our site. We will hold 1 at our site for just Us, and then IMT's. IMT members can enter both doesn't matter.

These tough economic times make it hard to enter into competition. But I do believe in change!

That was my take on it, we announce bother winners from the 2 places at the end of the competition each week. When our theme differs (more provocative themes) we just announce IMT's winner. Instead of both. That would be the easiest so our version at deviant-generation does not change.

I mean, our recent 7 sins comp had some entries (one of mine) that wouldn't be allowed at IMT & I have a history of getting in trouble here for my avatars

So yeah, 2 seperate comps.
@Rage, you need to edit the OP, the example pic doesn't have an avatar in it & you also need to point out that whoever wins will need to send their image choice to you.
(I'm assuming you'll be running it as I'll be ofline for a while come Jan/Feb.

I'll be working on my entry for both comps tomorrow.

All of this debating needs to happened behind doors. If i clicked here id only wont to see kick as art and not a group thats seems unsure how the comp should go.
