Here I have a sprite edit of "Alice" from Nintendo's "Balloon Kid." I know she's mostly a nobody character, but I want her to represent both the Balloon Fighter and Balloon Kid franchise as a whole.

As a little girl with baloons on her back i can only think of a few, never played the game.

her moves can be balloon combos that cause damage by popping the balloons like that move felicia has in mvc2

I just noticed a big mistake you made.

You saved it as a jpg.

Never save sprites as a jpg, use .gif or .png

jpg's will flatten images and makes them unusable for just about anything.

SpiderMew is right, you can't save as JPEG format, it's a terrible sprite format and you can't work with it.
