I know I'm not a well known creator, heck I'm still not done with my first character so most of you don't care what i work on, but. I was hoping to get some feedback.

Who should I work on creating sprites of along side darkwing duck (but at a much slower rate) to keep from getting tired of The terror that flaps in the night.

What I'm Less likely to work on:
1) Anime characters
2) Ducks
4) Characters from the DWD universe
3) Characters who already have usable sprites

Suggestions I'm More likely to take:
1) Cartoons
2) Video Game Characters
3) Movie Characters
4) Comic Characters

Honestly, I'd like to see a Sailor Moon with really good graphics. There's one or two that have great game play, but the graphics are lacking IMO. Possibly even add a hyper with the other Scouts helping. I think you'd be great to give her that toon feel.

If not her, maybe a Samurai Pizza Cat.? Battle Toad.? Ninja Turtle.? These would all be great to have someone touch down on.

Sakuraka's Sailor moon has a hyper where all the Sailor Scouts team up to fight.
Kind of a cheap tactic though because it's basically a gangbang.

Don't think I've seen that hyper. Would be cool to see that one get it's graphics updated and scaled right to match the size of Cammy or so. If they really wanna go all out, would be cool to see Sailor Moon edited out of Sakura into a brand new full character.

i basically took this from my other thread, but i think these characters should be made

horror characters:

michael myers from halloween
jason from friday the 13th
leatherface from texas chainsaw massacre
candyman
the possessed girl from the exorcist (would be interesting to see)
the girl and boy from the grudge
samara from the ring (would be similar to ella but would be smaller and have some different moves)
jack torrance (the dad from the shining)
ghostface (from scream)
carrie (from carrie)
the clown (from 'it')
dr. hannibal lecter (from silence of the lambs)
pyramid head (from silent hill)
alessa (from silent hill)
mayu and mio (from fatal frame the videogame)

other characters:
blue, pink, or yellow ranger from the original power rangers (i dunno if anyones making these)
cj from grand theft auto san andreas
luke or anakin skywalker from star wars
the bride in kill bill (i think her name was beatrix, basically uma thurman from kill bill)
afro samurai

yeah thats all i can think of right now...........

I was going to attempt him at one time . But he really is a pretty hard character to sprite . At least for me .

Well there are only a few I can think of now as far video games go and they are:

Adell from disgaea 2.
Grey Fox From metal Gear Solid.
a well done Trevor Belmont from Castelvaina
cause the only one i have seen done for mugen sucks.
Skullman from mega man 3.

That is about all the characters I can think of right now.

I agree, Darth Vader would be epic, but he's hard, cuz he's got those side capes and the full cape, the weird head and the outfit is cool but theres nothing else like it out there, so it might be good for someone who sprites from scratch instead of a frakenspriter like myself.

I like the vader idea, and would like to do a megaman character as well, because I recently got back into the series after the announcement of 9, but isn't someone working on a skullman?? anyways thanks for the ideas, i may try a Vader sprite sometime today to see how hard it will really be, maybe i can get some simplification ideas from super starwars sprites.

I could see Vader as a cool Magneto edit, maybe with Cable's lower body.

Everyone wants to see Samus and Master Chief. or maybe some Virtua Fighter, DoA, or Tekken chars if that's the kind of thing you like.

I'm not that into edits, but thanks for the magneto idea he could be decent cape reference, as far as samus and MC go, I would love to do either character, maybe i'll try some sprites of them too.

Skullman is being made by someone .

You do these sprites from scratch . I think you could make a good Vader . I tried , but the helmet was hard for me . He always ended up looking like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs .

anyways, I think you guys are gonna like what I have been working on, Keep an I on the show and tell section in the near future.

more ideas are welcome even though I'm working on one that was already given, I am still only committed to completing DWD at this time.

I think a battletoad would work excellently with your drawing style. It would probably be a lot of fun to sprite too!
