Coding question. Help
« on: September 03, 2009, 10:58:53 AM »
Is there any way to stop enemy's anim at first element each time when enemy's state = 0 (standing idle)?
Also, is there any way to deny enemy to crouch or jump but not to use his standing attacks?

for stopping the enemy you could use a pause in a negative statedef.

The second question, you cant do that, unless you mess with the other char code, and you will need to play with vars

Thank you.
I've got one more question.
I have enemy in custom state. Then by changestate it goes into it's own state.
How can I return him into custom state after his own?

you will have to hit him again.....or you could create a custom state that looks like the original state of the other char...and you just add a changestate to bring him back to the first custom state
