Chopper Battle (this was around Stage 6 of Streets of Rage Remake)

Another note about this stage, is that this stage, is happening, at the same time, the fight on the "Big Rig Battle" stage is happening.

5/9/2008: First Release
Seems to be fully complete, from my point of view. Not much else to do with it.

What's left: Probably some clouds, but that's it otherwise.
