well to me it both is and isnt. it is a mind game because of the fact that since he is running from you and dodging the whole time you cant hit him and it makes u mad so you try to do everything you can do to hit him until your are left wide open for attack because all you are doing is attacking. it isnt a mind game also for the simpel fact that its no fun because you cant hit the person and the person cant hit you so its pretty much a lame tactic but in most cases its super effective. i for one hate that because its not fun
