I would have taken up your challenge up, but my confidence has been destroyed. I got beaten by a Firebrand/Dormammu/Shuma team badly. I mean badly. Trish is dead in the water. Dante can only do so much. Phoenix can cause havoc but her tissue paper health doesn't help...

I got my @$$ handed to me by a team like that when I was doing ranked matches to get the trophy for it. Who did he use first? Dorm or Firebrand?

Firebrand. Grabs me then the fun starts. No matter what I do, he always grabs me at the start. Full combos from a damn throw. I don't know why I can't escape the grab. Shuma wrecks everything unless I manage to teleport in and get lucky.
I just need to get better with Dante, then I think I'll be okay and not take a beating like I did. It was like 17-1. That one was out of luck...

I love following Kane Blue River and Fooblat because I'm a Haggar/Hulk player myself. Also at ECT5 did you see the match where PR Balrgo and Fillipino Champ kept on T-Bagging each other with Doom? I also noticed that it looks like everyone has figured out how to beat Morrigan/Doom.

idk why but the online has gotten worse for me at marvel3, even with my connection being at its finest it does this little "twitch" lag and drops my inputs. Its really annoying...im sticking with Skullgirls now...
Im still wondering WHY Marvel3 is not getting any updates...

Rumor is Ono wants to push for updates but knowing capcom... never.
I stilll think it has to do with all the new things marvel is doing

How I would LOVE to get started on this...I already have 3 huge suggestions which I'm sure many people have had on their minds...

2. Team Aerial Combo Infinites
It's been done several times, including at tournaments, it's time
consuming (runs out the clock), can build the meter to maximum
quickly, and is outright boring to most people. The set-up is not too
difficult but not that easy as well. During a Team Aerial Combo, a
character can continue to infinitely combo the opponent by timing
their last attack just before touching the ground.

3. Team Aerial Combo Hit Stun Deterioration
During a Team Aerial Combo, the hit stun deterioration is
reset and won't increase as long as the character can continue the
combo in the air without touching the ground. This immediately has
flaws since there are several characters in the roster that can
fly/hover and continue the combo for an extended period of time that
other characters cannot do. A suggestion would be to reset the Hit
Stun Decay and have it build up as normal. Upon touching the ground,
the previous Hit Stun Decay will be added with the New Hit Stun Decay
from the Team Aerial Combo, making it that much harder to continue
longer combos.

Let me tell you a story.

As you all know, I've been in boycott of UMvC3 since it's announcement. Many men have tried to get me to purchase this game for many reasons, yet I stand firm in my corner. I did however make one exception: I won't buy it, but if someone buys it for me, well ok fine then.

Fast forward to this morning. I borrowed Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition from my friend "TheSepiEnigma" over the weekend. Whiplash and Silva Silva played a couple rounds with me the night before and were trying to convince me to buy UMvC3. As I'm scrolling through the Xbox menus, I came across the Deal of the Week. 50% off UMvC3.

Later that day, Whiplash invites me to a party. I tell him about the deal, and I kid you not, Silva leaves the house, goes to the closest places he can get points from, and messages me the redeem code so that I can buy the game.

What the heck, this guy really, really wants me to play. So I enter the code: doesn't work. He resends it and I enter it again: doesn't work. After deliberation on the situation for a bit, we both came to a legitimately sad conclusion. See, I live in South Texas but Whiplash and Silva..... they live in Canada.

Because he's in another country, the redeem codes aren't compatible because of the currency exchange. We tried changing my region, but I still couldn't redeem the code. I gave him access to my account so that he could try redeeming the points in Canada: didn't work. Then we found out that if I somehow managed to redeem the points, it'd be turned into Canadian currency anyways and wouldn't transfer to US dollars if I reclaimed my account, which I wouldn't be able to do until three months later anyways.

I tried calling Xbox support and the guy basically told me the same deal. He wasn't able to exchange the Canadian points for US points either. He said my best bet was to try and sell the Canadian points to get money to purchase proper US points. Silva broke the bank to get these points for me, and it just wasn't happening.

You know what, I can't help but respect this man. I mean, who would just go and buy something for someone who he hasn't even actually met before right? So, you know what? I did it.

TL;DR - Silva Silva tried buying UMvC3 for me and failed, but I did him a solid and bought it myself.
