i know the game is called mrvel vs CAPCOM (i just love how people get offended cuz someone talks about a simple char), but I DON'T LIKE THE MEGAMAN FRANCHISE in the game cuz I think they don't fit in... i know that megaman is one of the most popular games in capcom, i mean i love it since i first played megaman 2 on the NES... so just chill man, i promise i will never talk bad about megaman

I don't see how Megaman, particularly the X franchise, wouldn't fit in. They're pretty comic book friendly.

I wasn't offended by it, I was just stateing the simple fact that this is a capcom game and as such megaman should be in. Its the logical way to do things, you put your money making/more popular/more well known game titles in the game, this will attract more players and bring in more money. That is why mega man is going to be in this game and why characters that are not as well known/ popular are not. Its sad to say that all those characters from arcade classics or ols unknown games are probably not going to make it, But hey anything to sell another game. Oh and for all those people who are soing to say well it'll dissapoint me and I won't like it if a character from ....... lets say the three wonders isint in this game, well Ill say most people havent even heard of the three wonders thus if they are in more casual players will not be as drawn to the game.
Oh and I do agree that megaman isnt really a fighter, but with that said I would like to see Bass in, and Zero and X are more of the fighting type IMO.

Megaman? If they make him different than he was in the last few games, I could dig him. Maybe like from Megaman X he had a really cool design in that.

Even if there's no Megaman, I could go for some Megaman themed levels. With some remixes of his old tracks. I would love to beat some butt to remade Megaman tunes!

CvS had a super boring cast and really should have been named kof vs sf. Snk had Like 3 non kof characters and same goes for capcom in the non sf department. If you're calling a game a company wide crossover you gotta represent your company not just one franchise.

Maybe some Marvel Zombies? While I know that won't happen, I can imagine Chris' ending in like the Marvel Zombie universe. With Wesker being somehow involved.

Those poor Marvel Zombies. Fighting against someone who killed something the size of a boat that can withstand 30 shots with a laser must be scary.

That would be like not having spider man or the X-men. Megaman fits he's actually really good in MvC and MvC2. Just not as good as the Marvel characters.

Megaman and Joe are actually the closest Capcom gets to superheroes (other than specific characters like Rainbow Mika) in terms of costume design. That already gives them a leg up for "fitting in" over characters like Ryu. Not to mention that the X series is realistically proportioned in whatnot, Megaman is far more suitable to coexist with Marvel than just about anybody else in Capcom's roster, particularly moreso than characters from games like Red Earth or Ghosts 'n' Goblins.

HMMMMM c viper in mvc3? well not a bad choice i think. she is actually not a bad character, even tho i dont play with her that often. she actually might shine better in gameplay in this game. definetly have to have her 2nd ultra in here from ssf4. Now as far as megaman, i would like to see him in but a different version of him would be better i figure. Capcom needs some more heavy hitters i keep saying. after megaman if he gets in, NO MORE short characters PLEASE! they can bring Jin back and maybe Capt commando, i mained those 2 and kicked serious anal with them in the arcades back then. plus they kinda seem a good choice to go up against the marvel supers pretty good. More females in too please! both sides , especially marvel.
