i joined to leech characters...and found myself enjoying this forum.... (cant hate me for being honest)

I joined because I downloaded MUGEN a week or two ago and found it to be the most addictive thing I've played since...well, ever!

The Unlimited's Deadpool has some of the funniest lines that I've ever heard (who else can say "chimichanga" in the middle of a fight and not look like a complete idiot?), and half the fun is trying to get everything to work, finding MIDIs that sound good with particular stages (I use the main menu music from Rise of the Triad for the MUGEN menu screen, the Fish Polka for the fighter select screen and the boss intro music from Mega Man X for the VS. screen) and seeing which characters are just challenging enough to make me want to keep playing without being too frustrating. Simply put, MUGEN rocks, and so does Infinity.

BTW, the first MUGEN character I ever downloaded was...drum roll please....Duke Nukem, made by TOPS.

I joined looking for hope of learning how to make an awesome character for mmugen. Now i find my self chat on differnt boards. Even started a few my self. My failed mugen character was a Bad Mr. Frosty from Clayfighter 2 with MVC2 Gameplay, but it failed. (Fighter Factory kept freezing)

i joined when i had heard that you guys had a sheng long wip. a friend told me on youtube that he had seen him here. seeing how i wanted a sheng long i ended up joining. and ive been hooked ever since.

i actually stumbled across mugen 3 years ago and found it on youtube while searching for some street fighter 3 videos. i didnt know what i was watching but i knew it was the coolest thing i ever seen in my life whe it came to video gaming. a year later i found this site when i really was starting to make some mugen games and this site came up as to get some characters. as i came on more and more i found this site to be very cool with

Wow, its been so long since I joined, I think it was around 2006 (when I started Mugen) that I joined this community.

It was around the the time Infinity was more of a warehouse forum, I remember joining this place just to download some "rare" characters (finding out about it from a naruto forums), after getting some characters, I really had no intention of sticking around but of the other places out there, I found this place to be the most helpful and nicest community at the time so I stuck around.
