Help finding way to extract palette from sff file

Hey what's up dudes? I'm just curious if it's possible to extract and auto create a characters palette/s from their sff file where the palettes are embedded into the sff file, instead of being available as .ACT files. I mainly am trying to do this for the purpose of downgrading a character, but it would be nice to know so I could also make more palettes for those types of characters if I ever wanted to. I appreciate any insight into this dilemma cause it has me stumped big time.

Exporting a picture with the palette on it will give you a palette to save as a file by itself. When you export pics they do have the palette on them, they're not in a 32 million colour format.

I hear what you're saying, and that makes sense, I just couldn't figure out how to save the palette file. You just reminded me though that I can just load the character in FF and go to the palette section and do a "save-as" and save it as a .ACT file, duh. I don't know how I didn't think of that before it's so obvious. Thanks for the reply man, I appreciate it as always. You're usually always the one that helps me out, it's awesome.
