We can't, because:
- its a 1.1 stage
- the style doesn't matches.

If I could make the style match the stages in your game I you could, but you'd have to post some screenshots of the stages you have already so I can get an idea of how I'd edit the sprites

Also, it'd have to be made for the version of Mugen you are using as Ilu brought out
