i need help with my chara in mugen fighter factory

its the first character ive made. and when i try and test him in my mugen he is invisable!! i already made all the stand walk and run animations so i dont understand. some1 please help!

The sprites must be 256 colors.

k i figured that out but now there is a white box around my character and i set it to backround transperant. how do i fix this problem?

that's the same website I went to. Idon't know how to save the sprites sheets to pcx. I put save to pcx files but when I go to open it there's no files. you need to send me a message on how to create the character. If you tell me I might be able to help.
