100 years ago, pilgrims who were from england moved here to "the new world". They met indians, and to celebrate their new friends and new home, they made a HUGE dinner consiting of pumpkin pie, turkey, gravy, potatoes, squash, corn, ECT. and thanxgiving is when we all give thanks to those pilgrims, and we make a GIANTASS dinner.

Right! I wonder why the Spanish explorers wouldn't have a celebration like that. We have our "Dia de la Raza" (Celebration of the anniversary date when Columbus reached "the new world" - October 12th), but there's no big meals or anything like that. But they were not pilgrims, they were colonizers. The Spanish decimated the indians and conquered their lands right after some years.

You guys didn't really do that until the expansion to the west with General Custer in the 19th century. And we did that as well, but went south instead of west.

I want to give thanks to my family for always helping me and guiding me through life.

I also want to give thanks to all of our INFINITY family, your guys are what make this forum awesome and I wouldnt want it any other way.
