open it in photoshop(make sure its 8bit)

and save as pcx.....

actually a better way to get all the frames if you are talking about a moving gif is to get ifran view and follow these steps.  goto Options -> extract all frames there ya go every single frame in pcx. You can also do that to single gifs also!
