This one isnt for the Wii, or PC.

Oh well not worth buying one of those systems to play 30 3D characters.

I think 30 characters is what the game will start with like MVC2 started with 24. Team Spooky did say that there was going to be unlockables and that the roster was to exceed MVC2.

This news is beyond awesome! I hope for a LOT of new characters... they're off to a great start with ones I've seen so far such as Chris Redfield. I only hope that they include characters from the marvel universe who have not been seen in verse games yet (outside of strikers) Such as Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Mystique, Torch etc etc (the list really does go on) But I'm especially hoping for Nightcrawler. He's my absolute favorite Marvel character and he's yet to be in any of the Marvel Vs games.

Looking great so far.

Well, while I will attempt to keep my expectations in check and all, I will say that...

THIS WILL MAKE MY WAIT ALL WORTH IT!!!

I hope, for great justice, that at least one of the Fantastic Four are in this one.

Also, I suspect that Morrigan may not be the only Darkstalker in this latest crossover game, this time around...

I can see what you mean. When I saw that trailer, I thought that Zangief would be fighting Hulk.

But hey, I won't question fighting game logic.

It is 99.9999999% confirmed for Super Skrull, look at both images. (top left on the white background image.) So I would hold my breath for the F4. Mystique would be interesting to see how they could use her shape shifting.

Well first of all, if you're stuck with the Wii...

Second of all, we don't even know if it will be 30 characters... It could be more.. you never know... TvC had 26 characters and that game was on the Wii... I'm sure there'll be more for this one... Plus they could do what they did for SFIV... Release it on consoles then PC later...

Just as predicted, Capcom has confirmed the existance of Marvel Of Capcom 3, but although details on the game were not due to go live until tomorrow, they have been leaked early and we have them for you now.

As reported from VG247, the game will be a 2D fighter, but will mix in gameplay elements from both MvC 2 and Street Fighter IV – which we mentioned earlier today.

Confirmed characters for the game include Spiderman, Wolverine, Storm, Hulk and Magneto. Fans are in for a treat, as Capcom has stated that the amount of characters contained on the game disc (yes, disc) will ‘blow you out of the water’.

Oh, and the game will also feature 1080p visuals! As for release, it has been rumored to be releasing either late 2010, or early 2011.

If any of you are lucky enough to be attending this year’s E3 event, Marvel Vs Capcom 3 will also be playable.

We’ll have more details from Capcom tomorrow, let us know your thoughts on this.

I just hope they remember Gene... although maybe he'll not be considered, but he would ROCK.
