We had an idea for awhile back that Marvel Zombies would make a killer minigame stage for a Marvel project - Right here, he has crawling; he'd need a gethit, then an attack. Then make one for a bunch of other major marvel chars, and you have them swarm at p1, stumbling and attacking, until you hit them once and they fall down, sink into the ground and more keep coming. Wouldn't be hard to do, and it'd add

of penache to the next EOH.

If a full WIP is too much effort, then you might at least consider a limited use like that - this is the first zombie sprite I've seen that's really excellent as a concept as opposed to a one time edit, so kudos. The crawl is animated excellently.

That's right, my bad. I knew x_mad was doing something.

But with the progress made with this one versus J's

Is it really necessary to make two?

it's not like their going to have creative differences of the "vision" of the character

it's hard to screw up "spider-man is a zombie and he like bites people and stuff"

i have other things i'm working on right now, but i think that this might actuly a cool idea.

Actually, someone could very easily make a bonus game like that. Just like the one Binho made, only with Zombie marvel characters.
I would gladly join in to help sprite this, if anyone actually takes the coding...

Yeah I think that could work. But sprite swaps are nothing special, it would be nice to give each zombie at least ONE move that related to that character, so some coding would have to be added...

It's all good . Now discuss this game here ...

To tell you the truth it's an interesting concept . I hope you guys go through with this mini game . Each Zombie would not need that many sprites either , so it's less work than spriting a entire character . Look at the sprite hall of fame & see if you could get some of the guys that entered zombie week to help out . Those were the biggest weeks for the comps & a lot of talented spriters entered

I may even make a zombie for you all

I've already started the spriting for it, and I'll post a WIP thread when I have a few zombies done.
I actually had this idea a few weeks ago, but I was like "Nah, thats stupid...."
Then he brings it up, and my thoughts have changed....Especially now that be have an open source code set to work with =O

Progress is going a bit slower then I thought after all, but when I get enough, there will be a WIP thread. It's the coding, not the sprites I'm having trouble with ><;;
As for Dc. Doom, sure why not? He looks pretty cool....
That picture of him makes me want to hold my fist in the air and listen to a certain Land of confusion cover....

The Mini-Game should be a boss.
Think that after eating Galactus the Galacti (Giant-Man, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Spider-Man, and Iron Man)
could play like Valdoll from Red Earth.

Instead of having these characters who completely destroyed their planet in a weekspan or less being punked when they're ganging up on Ryu or something.

They're far too high profile to be a mini-game thing.
