Ok since it's really not fair for someone that wins 2 weeks in a row to pick the theme . The decision will be up to me in that occurance . Now I had something in mind , but after seeing what transpired in the end of the voting thread . I changed my mind . Seems some of the " pros " aren't happy with the outcome of the contest & are dropping out . I originally wanted to make this comp for every rank , from beginner to pro . But with some of the themes being picked , it's not that easy . I think Wildstorm was a tough theme . Well this week I am getting a little more basic & easier edit so that anyone should be able to join .

Week #4's theme is .....

" Trumpets sound "

Zombie Madness !

Make a sprite of your favorite Marvel Zombie editing a Capcom sprite . Make your own Marvel Zombie of a character that doesn't exist for mugen yet . Turn a DC character into a zombie . What would happen if Jill became a zombie ? Maybe we will find out . You can zombify any comic book or Capcom character you want . Let's show those youtube guys how it should be done

Anyway there you have it , good luck to you all . Same deal , PM me your submissions . Please try to remove the backgrounds yourself & also let me know what series your submission is from in the PM .

Yes, this would have been my suggestion. Though this still seems like a tuff subject because you will have to dull/dirty the whole color scheme. I hope there is a good turnout I would like to see lots of Marvel zombies.

Hey do you guys want me to start posting in this thread if I received a submission of a characters . So this way people will not make the same character sprite ?

I vote no on this. The contests are just getting a good rhythm, no need to change. Plus, i see nothing wrong with having 2 entries of identical characters like last week. It's like seeing Spiderman drawn by Ditko and Macfarlne and comparing.

Interesting week. I'll definitely try to do one if i have time.

more of a broad concept than last week. Not that there's anything wrong with contests like last week. I think a narrowly-themed contest every once and a while could be a real cool thing sometimes, just to keep everyone sharp.

You can't announce what you are going to do . Just make the sprite & PM it to me .

Now you can't use what you've done here . You will have to make something else , that no one knows who made until after the comp is over .

dude all sprites are suppose to be a secret untill "after" the voting on friday, so if you want to join in the contest... you will have to make a "zombie" and then pm it to Darktalbain

So by any comic book character, do you actually mean ANY comic book character? Like, if I were to say I wanted to make a zombified Lucky Luke or Tin Tin, would that be allowed? And how about manga? Would manga be considered "cheating"?
