w/o reading, Im sure most ppl are gonna say IMT.

In my opinion though, you cant really say who's best b/c everyone is workin to better themselves based on what theyve already done & whats released. Evolving so to speak....So, I applaud everyone that contributes.

5) Warusaki, leave the guy alone, isn't he famous enough. People are still stealing his sytems even today.

6) Mystic Blaze, everything is done to as much perfection as mugen will allow, and beyond.

7) Splode, who is just the nicest and able programmer. All his Marvel works are outstanding.

Team Reploid, Chaotic, Laspachi, ZeroEX and Eternaga for their wonderful efforts on the completely individual megaman cast.

And IMT, Trasgo7, for doing the projects that others would run away from, and making them as perfect as can be, VYN for making the most inspriting characters.

And always REDHOT whose Guile is my #1 most used mugen character in free play.

A few hours after making my original post I realized the forgot one of my all time favs, even though he was the reason I replied to the post in the first place:

Beximus - because of his work turning alpha characters into super jumpable MvC character, his innovations in his Capcom fighting proejct and his Hyper are so incredibly thought-out and amazing, Amingo FTW!

GM (because SF3 is my favourte game and his creations are by far accurate)
Warusaki3 (One of the top mugen japanese creator with his awesome cvs2 creations)
POTS (The best CVS creator, His Master Ryu is awesome)
Muteki (actually he is not in my list but he created a few of my favourite ggxx characters like the recent released sol badguy and a ggxx creation legend)
Mugen-Jin (The best kof-XI creator, which is create my all time kof character Ash. But sadly, he quits. I hope he come back and released his Kula, have been waiting for months)
Cirio (He created my favourite Art of Fighting Kyokugen karate member)
Mouser (Most of his creations are great especially his Real Bout creations (kim and billy), KOF creations (ryo and terry) and ngbc creations (hanzo and fuuma)
Beximus (gotta loves Marvel vs Series and his creations are awesome, I am hopping for more released from him as well as his full game)
Redhot (same comment as Beximus)
Recruta (His Samurai Shodown Full game is just awesome, and I am glad that he share most of his works which inspire me to create my own mugen game in far future)
