New sprite!

There was a topic here asking for help with a sprite, well after a few people mentioned me and how good of a spriter I am, I got a massive ego boost

So I took up the challenge of making a SF4 style Gouken sprite, orginaly I was gonna use E. Honda but I ended up scrapping that and made this out of a differnt base

bet yall will never guess the base

The clothing was done over the base but its all from scratch
