I've been trying to download satsujinki and...

Being as I can't read Japanese, and Babelfish can't do it, I want to know if the page I'm getting is a "Exceeded Bandwidth" page, or a "File not found" page. I'm suspecting the latter, as I've tried to get the character several times over the past 2 days, but to no success.
