whats the difference between the hobgoblin and the green goblin?

There is no difference.They basically are the same character just different colors.Green Goblin looks a lil better though.

Interesting stuff. also, I'm sorry, I'm not terribly hip to the look of the joker..eh maybe it's just me...anyway, he's interesting, good clips in there.

however you did use the sound clips I ripped for acey's green goblin I noticed - machine guns, lazers, boost, etc

He looks diffrent that is all.  <-This has ended it there is no way the creator can say otherwise.

I think he can..he certainly gave the hobgoblin different sounds as well, so there's another thing that distinguishes him from the green goblin

So what if he has different sounds  its still the same character with different colors and "different sounds"They both have the same exact moves,specials and hypers etc.Its no need to download both so I would advise you to download green goblin if you had to pick one because he looks better.

pffft...the hobgoblin has a wicked comic book look to him, I love it..and the sounds help set it apart, and other nice elements in there as well..he'll go right next the green goblin that Acey & I are working on

   You not naming any MAJOR differences between the two characters.You keep saying the sound .Thats only a MINOR difference.These characters are basically the same,you better off downloading one.I would say get Green Goblin cuz he's original and hes not no sprite swap with different "sounds."
Also why dont you tell me the "other nice elements" and  MAJOR differences between these two characters

I see that around here. 

Isn't it wonderful that the forum is full of supportive, nice people as well as fair amount of constructive critisim. I find it refreshing myself.

Now, Being the creator of Green Goblin I can tell you the version out there right now has 2 Hypers and 2 supers (not counting the machine gun) which means Hobgoblin does too. So the only thing different between the two are the sprites and sounds, so what... Marvel did the same thing when they invented Hobgoblin too. Capcom did the same thing with Iron Man and War Machine.

I support DarkTaliban as he actually works to create material for mugen, he did a lot of sprite editing here and is learning more everyday. I respect him because of that. If you have something to say against it or to improve it, please say it in a respectful way. I think DarkTaliban deserves that as much as any other person who is working to create stuff.
