Originally featured in Fighting Street, Street Fighter2's predecessor. Joe is a simple guy, he's not a' world warrior', he's a Street Fighter from Metro city's 'Little Italy', just out to kick azz for money. In short,  Booze, Bank and Babes.

I've been siting on his SFF for 4 years, never could find a coder, so I heavily modified Gal129's CVS2 Joe_Higashi. He is 100% complete.

I would like IMT to host him, if that's alright.

Four years, what a stretch my friend. I hope they can host your creation as I would very much be interested in giving him a go. He looks awesome and the gameplay tight.
When I saw the video his stance looked familiar but now that you have mentioned joe, it is spot on!

Stance is by 'Zero De-Armentis' Joe, animated by Alex Sinigaglia, edited by myself, in adition to completely revamping all colors. Fits his old stance and personality more then mine.
