Dr Doom and Magneto UMVC3 Chars?

It will be fun to edit a char to make a playstyle like umvc3, i mean there are all ready sprites for this 2 characters i was trying to edit a dr doom into umvc3 style but i only know to make the chain combos. some one can help me to make the otgs and other special cancels? foot dive etc? also there are awesome characters like mvc3/tvc megaman zero by aznperson and the new megaman x i dont remeber the name of the guy who is creating him, there is also a mvc3 ryu, anyway it will be super fun and cool if some one of the team make a umvc3 mugen version, you will be the peace maker of mvc2 and umvc3 fans!!!!!!!
