Rounded has nothing to do with form fitting articulation.

You're saying it digs in your hands. To me it looks like its as comfy (wow comfy is in the spell check :D ) as using a DS, plus on the back there is a nice little hand rest.

Oh no, does the back really look like that?

Have you held devices with that shape before? What you perceive as a hand rest looks like an awesome idea in photographs, but that little bar actually makes your fingers feel like the most awkward little worms in the world.

I want to have hope, but this controller is making it difficult x.x;

Four buttons...

Two joysticks...

One joypad...

Shoulder buttons...

Pretty dang comfy.

REVOLUTIONARY!

I liked the original classic controller the best. SNES FTW!

That controller looks like a sega gamegear. Now that was a huge block that was uncomfortable to play with. This seems smaller so it might not be a problem.

That is why Nintendo made this.

I always thought it was too small feeling, but thats just me.

My all time favorite is the Playstation controller, but thats not going to happen. :D

I suppose 2nd would have to be the Genesis controller, because I dislike the Xbox's, not crazy on GC's, disliked the N64's, and thought the Wiimote (horizontally) was a little too limited. Its a fairly distant 2nd though.

Nintendo has been the king of the controller revolution, NES (Dpad), SNES (top buttons, 6 buttons), N64 (Dpad and Joystick), Gamecube (WTF), Wii (obvious). Nintendo owns this area and the Wii U controller doesn't disapoint.

Why is everyone complaining about the game cube layout? If you look closely its not much different then the ps3. Just the stick and d-pad are moved around. One less button its all :-??

Well PS3 has a + sign of equal size same shape buttons. No button is any different. With GC there is one Godzilla-size A-button, a baby B button (that breaks fairly easily with wear) and 2 line shaped X and Y buttons that are a lot like the B button in terms of wear.

One thing I like more about the Wii U controller is that the buttons are uniform size/shape.

I've never had a B button break on me at all ever, and I've been using the same controllers since launch.

I'll be taking that then :D
I can't play SSBB anymore (too much) because in Controller A: B and R and broken and in Controller B: A is broken.

It could still work. Just pause, switch controllers for the buttons, unpause, and repeat. lol

You spying on me? :D Thats actually what I have to do sometimes.

I actually prefer the real one to that theoretical. Like I said I dislike the 360 controller and that is obviously what that is +screen and better shoulder buttons.

Okay, for a min I thought we were talking about the WiiU.

Yeah ever since the Kinect I've lost a lot of respect for Microsoft

I thought the Kinect was good, but handled very poorly. It has so much potential but no one is using it. Plus they should add in the use of controllers for it.

Have you seen the lineup of games for it?

I know it has a lot of games, but all of them seem like rushed boring stuff. A lot like what the Wii (regular) has a lot of. It needs more games that many months are spent on, not just a few weeks.
