Just rediscovered this site will searching for a char, it's a blast from the past:

http://www.geocities.com/mugen_institute2/chars.htm

And since I've heard that Yahoo is going to discontinue Geocities, I'd check it out before it's gone for good. This is one of the very first MUGEN sites i visited when I first learned MUGEN existed. Surprisingly, since the site was created and abandoned in 2001, all of the char downloads work.

I downloaded all the characters from the site for archival purposes. Some of the downloads are corrupted though.
