That's is up to the creators. In genereal, no character will be in the project unless they are made by someone.

Actually Ona is part of the Legends project now. Not that it matters since either Screenpack I am sure can be mixed and matched. He's working on shading, and getting some real headway made. I think the character just works a little better with our more eccentric mix of characters.

The IMT DKC screenpack is open for anyone to contribute . If you make a character that fits in & is well made . There is a very good chance that he could be in it .
