Having trouble preforming Super/Special move with Guilty Gears chars

Okay im really having trouble doing these characters supers/specials whatever you call them ive opened up their .cmd file and looked at the motions on how do to them and when i do it in mugen only one of the commands work ive tried with both Ky and Justice with no luck only one Hyper available and i know they have more do i need something for them to work?
