Wow, Frank carries a camera, throws random objects out of no where, dresses up like other heroes, he's only in the foreign version,... he's just like Norimaro from MvC...

what do you mean about him only being in the foreign version? last I checked he was being added to the US version.

Sorry dude but according to a note in my Street Fighter 20th Anniversary artbook, Frank's not going to be in there. In fact, he is the one that was removed from one of the artworks that Shinkiro did for this game, so too bad.

This artwork has Ken the Eagle on the Left, and Ryu Hoshi on the right, and the rest of the characters in the center.

It's Hakushon Daimaou that got removed, not Frank. Hakushon won't be in due to a rights-related situation in Europe, concerning his series.

There's no reason to remove Frank, since his game came over here, you know.
