A Good Paint Program

Anyone got a good paint program. I use gimp and or photoshop and when i rotate an image it gets all blurry...

Try rotsprite if you're trying to rotate a sprite.  Great stuff and your sprite doesn't lose quality.

I use Paint Shop Pro as well and I have Photo Shop Available for certain scripts but there is no one single ideal software for spriters that isn't custom made for a specific industry.

Image editing programs usually do not rotate without losing any quality. There are special made programs for it though.

It was reported that the JpegWizard software from Pegasus Imaging Corporation is missing from the list.
