~~This is the first mugen character that wont be private~~
Also im doing the sprites first and then the coding. --;

Mainly im foucosing on the nostalgia critic.
Here are the sprites I have done that i will show. :-\

Story
The NC was mainly a movie reviewer of old movies.One day after reviewing Kazzam he was so mad that he got ready to enter mugen and destroy shaq.Also he gathered some friends Chester A. Bum and ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.Now he has made a list of characters from bad movies to Punish.
1.Shaq
2.?
Intros
-He shoots fred
-He think he sees the AVGN and attacks the marrage
-He walks in as ironman and turns into the Nostalgia critic
-special into against shaq where he screams :-X
Hypers
-Pulls out a handgun and shots the enemy
-Pulls out a machine gun and shots
-Turns into satan

For Arcoolguy's tekken project im making anna williams.
Im making her because anna was one of my favourite tekken characters and her sprites were avalible.
One more thing Anna was my first WIP that was serious

Eh... can you change the stance a little bit... looks too much like Ryu or Ken..

I know why you used a sprite for the hyper portrait... not really any portraits of Goutetsu on google...

i think for Goutestu after see the Anime SF Generation the perfect char base is Oro from SF3...

this one is too similar to ryu, ken and shotokan family for me.
