Dark Souls 2 PC

I am really looking forward to Dark Souls 2 because Dark Souls is one of favorite games of all time. I am a little worried though because they are releasing the PC version of Dark Souls 2 a little ways after the console releases. Also I am wondering why they have not put out the option to pre-order the PC version of Dark Souls 3 because I would  like to get the black armored version with the soundtrack. I know I am getting it on PC. So who else is getting the PC version?
