background color for finishing move

Does anyone have any idea how to make the background turn blue as egc kid goku when he does kamehameha

There is the sctrl BGPalFX, look it up in the docs. In quick terms though and this will look pretty ugly a value for bgpalfx of

value = 0,0,255 will turn the background solid blue. Those are RGB values between 0 and 255, you may want to play with stuff for the right look.
