DC Vs Marvel

I made this topic for the game dc vs marvel made by mugen, because i need help about the game. i dont understand what MP AND MK because is says this..F,D,F + Any kick
 LK Smoke Bomb (Inavilate the opponent dizyy "only close")
 MK Flash Bomb (Blind and dizzy the opponent "only close")
 HK Stun Bomb (fool your oppenent as you change your location)

how do i do these moves? pls help?

mk means medium kick and d means press down on direction pad. Also F means forward which can be right or left depending on which player (player one or player two) you are using.
