With the flu being such a big topic right now I thoght we'd check and see how big of an issue it is.

I was sick around this time a week or two ago. I'm feeling a lot better now though.

I was sick about 2-3 weeks ago but it was walking pneumonia and some other things. Im better now tho.

Last week Friday I actually thought that I was dying. This week I am still sick, but feeling much better.

Not the Flu, though. Went to the doctor on Monday & I have an upper respiratory infection. Literally felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest all weekend. Slept for 2 days straight almost

I may not be sick, but people at my job haven't been coming to work because of sickness...I hope nothing serious is going on right now...

everybody in my house got sick hopefully i dont get sick

but the reason why people getting sick is cuz people dont know how to wash they're hands
and cover they're mouths

all last week my daughter and me was sick. she got better in 3 days and i am still feeling a lil under the weather but better than last week. it was the flu but now its just a chest cold.

I'm currently quite ill. It started as a viral infection of the mouth, which then migrated to the throat and now my chest is suffering. I've pretty much spent the past few days in bed and even better is that I have a test tomorrow which I need to pass in order to qualify as a teacher (admittedly I can take it as many times as I like)

Why am I always ill on my days off?

Ive been really sick.
Last week it was nothing much, just sniffles and the ocasional tummy trouble.
But i had a really stressful night sunday, and monday i woke up with every mussle in my body hurting, I was having this nasty phlemy cough, my face was hot and i was flushed, and my sinus' were clocked worse then ever.
I dont have as much pain right now, but im still too sick to go to class, and that pisses me off cuz ive been really working hard at school.

My little cousin tried to take me out, grabbed my juggular while smiling. Then I sed "Nuuuuuu" And pulled him off annd he just laughs. Now I have a rash on my neck : (.

I havent been sick in 2 years. If and when I do get sick, its something serious. I hope I dont catch the flu.

I am not sick yet but everyone and I mean everyone(friends,family) is. So its just a matter of time until I catch it from one of them

The last time I was sick was 2 years ago. I had a flu but its not THE flu. I was with what was back then my gf in Ohio, unfortunately for me, she had a very large family which all at the time had the flu/virus/whatever. So of course I caught it, went home and vomited like the chick from the excorsist. Then I locked myself in my room for a week so my parents wouldn't catch it. I felt like I was going to die. I'd feel warm then cold. Get the shakes and everything.

Haven't gotten sick sense, and I'm grateful for every day that I don't.

One thing that bothered me the other day though. I saw on the news and they said the scientists or whatever had 10 million vaccines created, and 500,000 people in the US with the flu. So why don't they just cure everybody then? They have more then enough...

There are Cases of people dying from the flu strain but then again it's the same for every flu shot.
