i think the demon Etrigan, green arrow and superman would be cool to be on the game but nightwing, robin and batgirl would be more adecuated

Superman wouldn't work in this game unless you added his crew or some of his villains. Which is a lot more work, so I doubt that'd be happening. A Green Arrow or Etrigan would definitely work in this game though.

That gave me an idea, Superman: Crysis
and the whole game is a battle of alternate versions of superman
Like Tangent superman, Ultraman, Overman, Superwoman, and even Clark Kent from Smallville.

Green Arrow fits in a batman project? Well i guess, he did parter up with him allot in the brave and the bold cartoon, and they are both normal humans who are rich. Sortava Ken to Batman's Ryu

Batman Beyond is currently part of another project. So there are no plans for him in this one at this present moment. But anything can happen within the time before release, which is quite some time away

Scarecrow = Yes

Penguin = No

Not true, were missing a few characters to have a completed Marvel vs DC mugen game. The most obvious characters are Superboy, Supergirl, She-Hulk, Quicksilver, the Brothers, ... Catwoman, Jubilee needs to be completed with supers. I'd say we have about 95% of the characters that appeared in the mini-series as well as other Marvel and DC characters that didn't. I'd say we have a new X-Men children of the Atom 2 game, Maybe an Avengers and a Justice League game.
