Help With tranparent color..

im currently working on a ultra x character.. so far i got standing done.
but when i add slash( or light punch) the pink color thats suppose to be transparent isnt transparent the move works tho..

change the pink color to black.

that should work.

get the pic, change the color to black.

Then convert the pic to 256 bitmap and then pcx.
