Twon do you use that color overlay to give pics diffrent tones, I've been messing with it latley and it makes pictures look better, I'm asking becouse you always seem to have nice tones on your avis.

yeah, even sometimes filling a layer with color and messing with the layer props can get you some good results

I use tones quite a lot, I find a skin tone is very useful with colour burn, especially if your image is a little washed out. See the central bit of my sig for an examlpe.
