Hi guys, i found an useful utiliy that allow to transform the sprite in hi-res quality without loose the quality. This is result, and this is the link where i found this utility,

but this work by command line and i wonder  if you know a way to convert several images at once.

That's not hires. It's a bit splotchy, and there's chunks of pixels missing (especially on the right foot, hair, right knee, left leg, and right hand).
A good example to study from would be GG or HnK sprites.

Its a cool tool...but there never will be a way to "transform" a sprite into hi res...what they show on the site is some examples of backgrounds too...so I wonder what it would do with lo res stages?

It just look like they went over the sprite with a paint brush. I can get the same effects for my Axl im working on with Painter X. ( if a had a wacom tablet.)  Its probably been run though a filter.

That's not hi-res.

hi-res or not, to me, it still looks pretty damn good.

There aren't tools that transform sprites to hi-res, but there are tools that help.
