Its not about not liking the shirt, its about thinking it is good to show all the detail that was put into the musculature that can be seen in the first sprite. St least, that is my point of view, and DT forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm betting that was his point as well.

i dont like the design of the movie,with his horse-tail and without bestial foots

Thats cool i understand, everyone has their own opinions and i respect that, but come one look at his right arm thats not enough detail for you

Anyway I'm sure you'll find a lot of detail when the char is done

Like J said we've decided on more of a movie look for Hellboy...I personally like it better and I think it's more appealing

It's lookin good so far but maybe it might need for frames in it?

His head needs to move too . Look at it closely . It looks strange because everything else is just moving around & the head stays in the exact same spot at all times .

Oh yeah , the shirt needs to come off

...the true final has an animated head and hair...so just ignore the head and comment on everything else till I can find the thing

As far as the shirt...he WILL have specials and hypers w/o a shirt...specifically the beast of the Apocalypse form

The only thing I really don't like is the way the hair moves . It kind of looks like a small worm that is squirming . I think you need to work on that a little .

Just a suggestion that would add a little more to this . It's not really necessary , but it would be kind of cool if you made the left hand , kind of squeeze the gun handle . You know , tighten his grip & release it .

I think I'm gonna lose the hair anim completly...it's really not enough to move anyway
