No not until you move on with your life & find some girl that is truly into you. Quit chasingafter a girl who won't give you the time a day. You may be overlooking something great because you are lingering on this one. Besides she is not even single & even if she was you, yourself said she is not interested in you that way. You are stuck in the friend zone with her, accept it.

Why is the spam section become serious life issues?

You tell her about it. Because she may not even know you are interested. 4 years down the raod when she is with someone she may tell you that she was interested in you, but you never made " that move " so she went on with her life. If it's not the case, then at least you know & then you just stay friends.
