Simply ask a question and the next person will answer how ever they want while asking their own question as well . Then the next person answers and can asks their own question as well and so on and so forth.

Example:

1st Person: What's up?

2nd Person: The sky.
Whos on first?

3rd Person: Your Daddy.
Why do doves cry?

and so on and so forth...
