thanks, but when I copy and paste it the background is black again.

what programs do you use Iceman? because background removal is super easy in PS

when you drag the image into photoshop, decrease the color depth
do not flatten the image and you can drag him over just fine

to cut out bg's the easy way just select the magic eraser
experiment with values of 20, 40 or 60 depending on your image
click and erase

you don't like the results?
just ctrl+z and retry using another value that is higher or lower, make sure opacity on the tool is 100%
