This Supergirl shouldnt look like Helen slater at all in my opinion. Thats everything the modern Supergirl is trying to get away from. Helen is pretty plain looking. Kara these days looks more like Michael Turner art, very young, and vibrant.

About That Helen Slater Thing, I haven't say that he should do His Supergirl that way, I just wanted to know Dwe opinion about it.

I misunderstood, I thought that you were suggesting that for this WIP. Since I was approached to code her I was throwing in my 2 cents. I just think dwe23 sprite looks good in itself

Yea Alexziq will code her.. She is a bit of a challange to sprite.. But I think I will have her done soon.. But I want to make sure that her sprite set is complete before passing her on to Alexziq considering in the past people have handed him incomplete sprite sets and expected him to code them.. (which can be very annoying Im sure) It looks like on this sprite sheet that there is either no walk foward and walk back or no dash foward and dash back.. I assume that the bases were rouge and storm.. So I will have to sprite that from scratch..

If dwe hasn't gotten too far into sprite-ing yet, I've love to see him alter the face so it looks more like the Superman Animated Series/Justice League Supergirl. That's definitely my favorite.

why, dwe has his own style he likes, and i think it works for him too.

I agree there . Supergirl from the animated series is my favorite too . dwe said he is changing the face . So next time we see some sprites she should look different .

Im psyched regardless. The key thing with DWE's Supergirl is that it most likely will see fruition. The others I cant say. Ive seen so many WIPs over the years, and twice as much BS. Everybody has their own favorite version, but this one should be impressive nonetheless.

dwe has his passion for this char we can tell. the article with shiddok, he definately has a passion for the char, probably the most of any of the supergirl creators.

and toni, i've talked further with him, he's not going to not finish, trust me.

Yea for supergirl I have a great coder however he can choose to reveal himself when ever he wants XD.. Stance should be here by tommrow hopefully.. The latest is the next day.. I also need to do the walks from scratch cause the ones that the original creator did look more like dash moves..

Well I think the top of the page kinda spills it far as the coder goes. I'm looking forward to it. Coding in Batman Beyond has helped me master flight mode so think about that in terms of moves as well, and if you want some seperate flight specific moves. Also if you sprite a move thatwhere you based it on a specific character, examples help.

One thing that does urk me is when I code something, and the response is "thats not, how **** does the move, and I'm like "you didnt tell me thats how you wanted it" and then I have to go back, and totally recode it, which I usually do because I want the spriter to be pleased. However it helps if that info is communicated b4 hand.

Should be fun though, I'm all about strong female characters. Nothing hotter than a gorgeous, tough, jaw smashing gal.
