As I was working on Haggar, I noticed that Hulk just looked too small. His old Capcom designed stance has him hunched over and as I took a closer look, I realized that most of his attacked seemed to fit a standing pose in the first place. So here he is with a new stance, edited walking animations and a few other small bits. His strong attacks have also been edited to give more of a push when the opponent gets hit. As well as the customized animations Hulk also has a new voice which is more traditional which is meant to remove the "smart hulk" aspect of the original Capcom version.
As Hulk went into developed for Mugen 1.0 he received a new variable AI and a complete overhaul of his attacks and combo chains to give him a very of tools that were introduced in Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
When I worked on Red Hulk for the Avengers vs. X-Men full game I started with this version of Hulk as the base. Now, within a mugen game, if you select Red Hulk while holding "Start" you will get this version of Incredible Hulk with continued game adjustments and bug fixes, making the version of Incredible Hulk officially depreciated.
Dr. Bruce Banner, after being bathed in waves of Gamma Radiation was transformed into the Incredilbe Hulk. To this day the Hulk is one of the most powerful adversaries in the world.
