Maybe forward B for Ken would be that extra move he had in CVS. It would make an awesome spike move *drools*

Isn't the Shin Shoryuken the one that goes kinda like slow mo?

I think the Shouryuu Reppa would fit more because we need something that can hit multiple targets and that one has a lot of fire and moves forward. But I dunno.
