Can't you just utilize projectiles to punish people who run away?

For characters with no projectiles, try staying in one spot and goof off.

Don't attack or anything like that; jsut bob up and down and spin around and stuff.


You're coward opponent will more than likely try to attack you, thinking you're an easy target.

Then the rest is up to you.

Aura shut the f**k up, for reals this time, that's all you do, nothing but f**k**' turtle untill you can get a chain grab!

Edit: @ TJ, projectiles won't work against people who are turtling, I'm sure that's what Codyman was doing, not runing away like Aura says, people who turtle are just focused on dodging and waiting for the right time to attack, so the lag of a prjectile might screw you over, not if they are across the stage though, the only way to beat someone that turtles is to play aggresivly, like how Daigo beat Justin's turtling Chun-Li,!  Or you cn always turtle back...

i have to side with daigo on this one aura. u really do turtle a lot and then when you are down by 2 or three lives you no contest. i dont take it to heart because i like playing u. i should start doing chain grabs cuz thats all ppl seem to do now instead of fight.


EDIT: oh and by the way thats not directed at you Daigo but just players period. i see it as part of the game but after a while its like ok great. you can get out of them but it still kinda is boring

Yeah, I just let him get away with his cheapass wins just to avoid problems, but if he ever gets any ideas, I'll start 3 stocking him again, just the other day i 3 stocked him 3 times in a row!

Well I wasn't really attack Aura exactly.
After my brother D.M. was defeated I leave myself with only one stock and around 150%,While Aura had two stocks and Z3r0 had one,all I did was hanging on to the edge with Olimar's Pikmin chain,Z3r0 and Aura try to kill me while I was hanging but missed and they also killed themselves because they failed to recover back to the stage. (This was a Team Match by the way.)

this must've been the cheapest win I had ......
