this was only a small edit to caps shield mostly. due to computer issues it will take me a wile to make new sprites. something i want to do with him is eventually give him the chest/shoulder stripe but that will have to wait. i might end up buying a new laptop so if anything it may be awhile.

ps let me know of any issues because mugen wont play on my laptop anymore
