Mediafire won't let me download characters

   Big Problem, Whenever I try download Characters for mugen from Mediafire , all I get are pop ups and not the rar. file that I need.     Plus, even if I use "save link as" , the file is unusable.

Please help me out , Mediafire has been crap ever since it went using pop ups, this'll determine if I can still even play mugen cause so many people upload their characters to Mediafire.
