An open letter to all Mugen Creators

Some of you must know that I like to make sprite animations using MUGEN, Sony Vegas, Photoshop, Fighter Factory, Flash & all that stuff. Lately I've been getting some e-mails about other characters that have sprites, like Hawkeye, She-Hulk & others. They asked me are they going to make an appearance. I told them that I don't make them. The characters were made by people in the MUGEN community. That actually got me thinking... What if the characters can be used for promotion by putting them into the show?

What I'm trying to say is that what if animators like myself promote these characters with either the full character or to fit everyone, sprites or gifs? That way people can get more info on it & they can enjoy their favorite character in their animation. If there's any ideas on how this tactic can be useful & more safer for everyone, post it here. If  anyone feel uncomfortable about this idea, please tell someone who is in higher standard to dump this topic so it will never be mention again.

1st off you could voice Blade! Your voice is perfect for it. That was really cool. I think its a great idea only thing people would actually want to give up some sprites.

I agree. It seems like a good idea, but people certainly get squeamish about putting characters or sprites out there, as there are a lot of leaks in the MUGEN community. It would have to be creators who trust you 100%.

I can understand that. Over the years before I was even into MUGEN, I saw a lot of leaked characters, especially characters that wern''teady like Cyber Ken, Ras Al Ghul & others. If the creator can't actually trust me then I don't have a problem with it. That's why I said if they feel uncomfortable about this thread either let me or someone in the higher ranks of me know about it.

Personally I can't see how the thread is a problem. You've already got one person saying yes, its a creator-to-creator thing. Its not like the topic forces people to send them.

I decided that for all my animations, custom voice overs. I also decided that when I do auditions, I'll now have resource of what type of voice I want.
